Saturday morning at the Henry Luce Trophy regatta began with warm sunshine, but little wind. The teams all helped W&M and the residents of First Colony make our sailing venue even nicer as they pitched in during our annual work day to clean up the area. Some serious picnic table reconstruction contributed to the effort!
Boats left the docks around 11am, only to return a short time later as the wind had yet to fill in and steady. After lunch, racing began. A shifty breeze made the first few races challenging, finally steadying out of the the southwest and building as the afternoon went on to a breezy 15-18mph. At 4:35pm, race 10B was completed. With a full round robin sailed in each division, and the prospect of light breezes again on Sunday morning, the regatta was declared completed.
Thanks to everyone for helping out. W&M Sailing offers a special thanks to Bri Paxton and company for acting as our race committee throughout the day.
Congratulations to the Princeton Tigers for winning the 2010 Henry Luce Trophy!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
