Riley Cup

Summary

Saturday, September 13:

We had a lot of trying and waiting and trying and waiting, but eventually enough breeze came in for a couple of races in A division (W-4s). B Division started with a few sprinkles in a light Northerly, with more rain approaching. As the fleet approached the finish line, the lightning detection system sounded and the fleet came off the water as they finished. At that point we called it a day.

Sunday, September 14:

Great Fall sailing at Old Dominion today. We started the day with a gusty 10-18 NNE, sailing Gold Cup courses. The breeze slowly faded to 5-10, and we switched back to W-4 courses. The event was a great early season event with close competition.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
