Nine teams for a total of 11 boats enjoyed a chilly day out on Milwaukee Harbor. It was between 40 and 54 degrees with a minimum wind speed of 6 mph and a maximum wind speed of 21 mph with gusts up to 37 mph. We were able to get in two full rotations before the wind picked up to dangerous speeds. There was a light rain but luckily it was not anything to serious.
Unfortunately we lost one team to sickness on Sunday but we still had ten boats out on the water enjoying the warmer sunny weather. The temperature was again between 45-55 degrees but the sun was out and it was a beautiful day. The wind was 11 mph and built up to 23mph with gusts of 30 mph after we were done racing. We completed 3 A races and 3 B races.
