Saturday morning brought some pretty shifty sailing for the first two flights with 4-7 knots from WNW-W-WSW. The breeze eventually shifted to the SW-S and built to 10-14 knots. A total of 44 races were sailed before the breeze began to fade. Special thanks to the umpires led by Chief Ump: John Mooney with John Moulthrop, Mike Levesque and Leo Berendes.
Sunday brought more light and shifty breeze from the SW-W at 4-8 knots. The remaining 22 races were sailed to complete the round robin with enough time to do a final four with Boston College, Brown, Harvard and Tufts advancing. A single round of six races were sailed in a 5-10 knots Southwesterly.
Special thanks to the Umpiring Crew led by John Mooney with Mike Levesque, John Moulthrop, John Pratt and Mark Zagol. Also, thank you to the Coast Guard Cadets for staying very busy throughout the entire weekend.
