The Victorian Urn

8 races were sailed in each division. Courses were W-4 and W-3. Breeze ranged from 5-17 knots from the ENE. 1 protest resulted in a DSQ. Many thanks to Megan Watson '09 for judging on the water. Racing started today at the leisurely hour of 11:00am. The breeze was crazy. It ranged in velocity from 4-17 knots out of the NNW with huge blasts from the NW and small blasts from the NNE. Courses were W-4s and W-5s. Congratulations to the Big Green from Dartmouth for eking out a narrow victory over URI. The following teams qualified to represent NEISA at the Atlantic Coast Women's Championship: Dartmouth, URI, Conn, Brown, Yale, Bowdoin, UVM, and Tufts.Many thanks to our excellent panel of judges: Megan Watson Charlotte Lipschitz, and Jamie Ewing.
