Saturday’s racing began around 10:00 AM. with 9 boats on the line. The wind was blowing 10 knots at the first warning, and it built throughout the day to 20 knots, with gusts up to 30 knots. Racing ended around 5:00 PM after the completion of race 10A.
On Sunday, the first warning was delayed while the breeze filled in. Racing began at 10:15 AM. The wind remained between 5 1nd 10 knots for most of the day with gusts up to 15 knots. Racing ended at 1:00 PM. After both days of racing, 13 races in each division were completed. The University of Texas Sailing Team would like to thank all of the teams for coming and the Austin Yacht Club for hosting. Special thanks to Ravi Subramanian for being our PRO, Cait Taylor for helping out with mark-set, and all of the UT sailors who helped run the regatta. Congratulations to Fordham University for their win!
