Summary

Saturday, October 31:

Six races in A division and 4 in B division. The breeze ranged from 8 to 23 knots with a lengthy postponement due to excessive wind. There were many capsizes,1 broken pintel, and several blown out jib windows. Many Thanks to our jury made up of Greg Kiely, Kerry Sullivan, Kendall Reilly and Sue Epstein. Thanks also go to Colin Santangelo for helping with RC, crashboat and boat repair.

Sunday saw the breeze shifting back and forth from the NW to N to NE ranging in velocity from 0 to 6 knots. 4 races in B ans 2 in A for a total of 8. No protests or breakdowns. Congratulations to BC for the victory. Many thanks to our jury. Much gratitude to Megan Watson for scoring and to Nick Waldo for helping with race management.
